Author Guidelines

Authors intending to submit manuscripts are required to upload their articles through the submission system, and no submission fee is charged. The manuscript preparation guidelines are as follows:

  1. Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by any other journal. The topic should fall within linguistics, literature, or language teaching. Manuscripts should range between 5,000 and 8,000 words, formatted in single spacing on A4-sized paper, using Cambria font size 12.
  2. The author’s name must be written without academic titles and placed directly below the article title, followed by institutional affiliation and contact information (email or telephone number). In the case of multiple authors, all names must be included. However, communication will be conducted only with the corresponding author, typically the first-listed author.
  3. Manuscripts must be written in formal academic English. Subheadings should be left-aligned and presented without numbering.
  4. The manuscript structure should follow this sequence: title; author name(s); institutional affiliation and correspondence address (email); abstract (150–200 words covering background, objectives, methods, findings, and conclusions); keywords (maximum five); introduction (including research problems, current scholarly context, and relevant literature); method; results and discussion (supported by relevant theories or research findings); conclusion; acknowledgments; and references.
  5. References should be recent, preferably from the last five years. Primary sources such as peer-reviewed journal articles or research reports are preferred.
  6. Citations in the text should be indicated using brackets, including page numbers for direct quotations, for example: (Rahman, 2000:48).
  7. The reference list must be arranged alphabetically and chronologically in accordance with APA 7th edition style guidelines.
